Reframing Commissioning | Provocations for Change

VODG and Collaborate CiC have published a new report which aims to spark discussion on how we can reframe commissioning.

In the report:

  • We start with getting the foundations right - the fundamentals that need to be in place so that collaboration, lived experience, long-term thinking and bravery can thrive. 
  • We set out a series of shifts in behaviour, that do not have to cost anything but can have significant impact on the design, delivery and experience of support.
  • We pose questions and provocations for providers and commissioners to use to reframe discussions locally.
